If you want to become an online business owner you want to make sure you treat your business like it’s a business and you’re the CEO!
I say this because I’ve been an entrepreneur for over a year and it’s been a journey. When I treated my business like it was a side hustle I didn’t get the results I wanted. But when I set a work schedule and strategic goals I was able to achieve my goals.
A few things I’ve learned in my first year:
-
Remain consistent and show up for your audience
-
Create a community that celebrates your successes and keeps you accountable
-
Build partnerships with other biz owners in your industry
-
Formulate a plan and stick to it, while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and initiatives
-
Create and grow an income stream that supports the life you want to lead
-
Think and act like a CEO
-
Create a list of priorities/goals and review them daily
-
Take time to rest and make sure you celebrate your wins
I challenge you to take a moment to capture how you moved one step closer to one of your goals this week!
Let me know in the comments what you learned in your first 1-3 years as an online biz owner and how it has positively impacted your biz.
