Many influencers think it is impossible to promote beauty products without lowering others’ self-esteem and making them feel like they NEED a certain product to be beautiful.

This is 100% false! There is no reason beauty products cannot be empowering if promoted the correct way.

Here are 3 ways to promote beauty products while empowering your audience.

1. Only Work With Brands With The Same Empowering Beliefs

Some brands are much more empowering to women than others. If you promote a product that is focused on making women feel bad about themselves to make a profit- you are part of the problem.

Sometimes, it is easy to get caught up in the highlight reel that is social media and forget what real-life looks like.

When working with a beauty brand, make sure they are inclusive enough to include everyone. After you have confirmed this, make sure to inform your audience of the inclusivity.
