The #1 Skill You Need to Develop to Make Serious (Easeful) Sales! — Elise Danielle

Today I want to talk about the number one skill you must develop to make serious easeful sales and how to implement this in your business.

First, I’m gonna let you in on a little secret about easeful sales:

When you lean into this, you get to make the sale way before you even ask for it.

I often see so many business owners struggling with scales becuase they don’t know what their sales process actually is.

That’s why today I’m going to share with you the #1 Skill you need to build to go from making one off sales to creating easeful sales on repeat.

Create YOUR easeful Sales Process

The goal of sales is not just to get sales; it’s to create a system that enables you to replicate your sales time and time again. It’s key to remember that you’re aiming to create a process of showing up that you know will reliably lead to consistent sales.

I think so many of us shy away from sales because we believe there is only one way, or that there’s a right way and wrong way. That’s not true, and that’s why it’s so important to get support around sales so that you can find the way that works for you and lets you have consistent sales and grow your business on repeat.

Developing your own sales process can feel super daunting SO let’s talk about how you can hone this skill and get masterful at easeful sales shall we?

Let’s dive in!

Why you?

Sales are less about selling people on what you do and more about selling people on who you are and why you are the best person to solve their problem. When you’ve done the inner work and mindset work to believe that you are the best in your industry, it makes it easy to create consistent sales.

When you show up and embody the belief that people are crazy not to work with you, your audience feels your energy through your content and connections. Because I show up confidently, each time I hop on discovery calls, people are already a “hell yes!” and it’s more about me leaning back and deciding if I want to work with them.

The way you build this skill is by remembering that your sales process is not one activity, conversation, or one moment in time. It’s all the ways you’re showing up, adding value to your community, connecting with them, and speaking your truth. It can be scary, but when you speak to your people and say what you genuinely want to say, you attract the RIGHT clients to your business.

Detach

The key to creating sustainable, easeful sales is detaching. The It can be a tricky thing to wrangle, but the moment you get good at detaching from the sale is the moment you open yourself up to receiving.

When it comes to practicing detachment, there’s a difference between desiring and wanting, and that difference is fear. You can desire things without having a white knuckle grip on it. If you are placing your self-worth, survival, and needs on the outcome of a sale, you’re going to be on the other side of where you want to be.

It’s very important to look at yourself and ask yourself, “How detached am I towards this? How certain am I that it’s going to come?”. If you find yourself requiring the achievement of a goal to validate your business or self, and it’s creating anxiety or tension, you need to look at how attached you are to the “thing” you want.

Next Steps

This month, take a look at your goal, get clear on it, and ask yourself how attached you are to it. If you’re so worried about it happening, that’s a big indication that you are too attached to it.

Is it woo? Yes.

Does it work? 100%!

This loves, is how I was able to sign clients so quickly in this business and scale so fast. I was so detached from the outcome that I could powerfully show up and implement my strategy until it happened.

That’s the KEY to creating big results fast.

So often I see so many women stop themselves before they actually reach their goals because we’re making where we’re at wrong.

Seriously read that last line again.

They defeat themselves before they’ve ever given the process enough time to work.

NOT because it’s fundamentally not working or not able to work but simply because they give up too soon.

I deeply believe that if you are purpose-driven entrepreneur, genuinely here to serve and you’re willing to show up..

There’s no way you can’t succeed.

But the key is to STOP telling yourself stories about why it won’t (or isn’t) working.

If you can learn how to separate your worth from your current reality, you will become unstoppable in business.

Determination vs. Attachment

Being determined does not necessarily mean you’re attached. You can be determined and detached at the same time (in fact I recommend it).

The key is to step into the energy of receiving rather than the energy of “I have to force it.”

In my past, I noticed that whenever I was offered something for free, like a friend buying a drink or treating me to lunch, I would refuse. I was resistant to receiving and in a state control and pressure, rather than one of surrender. I wasn’t allowing these things to come to me.

When you can lean into the energy of receiving, you make sales easier for yourself AND easier for the person on the other end who WANTS to buy from you and who deeply NEEDS the service that you provide.

If that feels like an edge, take a look at how you’re putting unnecessary pressure on yourself and think of ways to ease the pressure and lean more into receiving.

Here’s some homework for you:

Think about what your goal is for this month and how attached you feel on a scale from 1-10 (1 being TOTALLY DETACHED, 10 being real attached).

Then let us know below:

What’s one action that you can take to be open to receiving?
