10 Ideas to Consider Implementing when Business is Slow — Queen Chioma

Have you been feeling a little off lately Queen,?

Have you felt like business is sooooo slow and maybe even painfully miserable at times?

Not because you don’t love your business anymore,

Not because you aren’t having some good success,

But maybe because this current pandemic has made the world seem as if it’s a so much heavier than ever before…and maybe because breakthroughs seem like they are taking forever to come in your business,

Maybe you feel super overwhelmed,

Maybe you aren’t attracting the sales and the clients that you used to,

This can SUCK,

If you feel like this you are NOT alone,

Here are 10 Ideas to Consider Implementing when Biz is Slow:

  1. Take a Break:
Yes…just take the day off and sit back and watch movies and chilax. 7 Figure Coach Gina Devee often says this ‘All work and no play makes for a very dull Queen’. You can’t be the best Queen that you can possibly be in your business or life if you are miserable, overworked, drained, frustrated and depressed. So take a break so that you can be refreshed and revived. Sometimes all you need is a little time to get your energy back.

  2. Pray:
Sometimes we just can’t see what action we need to take, I encourage you to spend time with your Maker and ask him for direction. Prayer always makes me feel better, I always get a word of encouragement or an idea that I should implement, prayer is a great way to feel strengthened.

  3. De-Clutter:
This is one of my best things to do when biz is slow or when I am trying to get a breakthrough, it’s always a great way to open yourself to new things, new sales and new clients. A lady once said that everytime she declutters she gets a new client. Woo hoo try this out today 🙂

  4. Do a S.W.O.T Analysis of your Business:
Write out the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats and look at what’s working, what needs to improve, what are you doing well that you can do more of? Get clear and start working on this list.

  5.  Update your Contracts, Terms and Conditions

  6. Hire a New Coach/Mentor:
Chances are there is someone RIGHT now who is ready to assist you, help you, mentor you and give you the Coaching and the Mentoring that you need but you are sooo busy trying to do things all by yourself that you haven’t surrendered to the help that’s out there, I always think of it this way ‘Someone that’s meant to help you is relaxing and enjoying life, while you are struggling…you need to find this person’.

  7. Take up a New Hobby:
Learn how to cook new dishes, learn a new hobby or skill, take a new class, develop your talents,

  8. Update your Website:
Everything from your about page to your media page.

  9. Update your Products and Services

  10. Catch up with family and friends and make new connections:
Always remember that you are NOT your business. your business is just a part of your life it’s not your life.
