While there are SO many other ways to diversify your income, you always still have the option to sell originals, too!
There are a few ways you can offer original paintings:

Create collections of original paintings to sell in your shop

Take custom painting commissions, working with clients

Show your original paintings in a gallery
CONSIDER A FEW OPTIONS TO DIVERSIFY YOUR INCOME
A lot of artists will sprinkle in a few painting collections or take a handful of painting commissions per year with one or two of the other revenue streams mentioned above, as a way to diversify their income!
It’s nice to not have to worry about having all of your eggs in one basket.
But I caution against trying too many of these revenue streams at the same time when you’re first starting out – as it can cause confusion about your brand offerings for your potential customers, and can lead to burnout for you.
Pick one new revenue stream to start with, get really good at that business model, then consider layering on in the future.
