As much as I value freedom and flexibility, I also thrive off of routine. How I spend my time is a mix of routine (with flexibility within it), and spaciousness to create, play, follow my intuition, and enjoy connection + quality time.
If I have too much space, I’m less inspired and focused, and if I have too little space, I can get more heady and less creative.
I thrive in the perfect sweet spot of engaged action and space to flow. On my “off” weeks, I have the space to work on a bigger project without having to task switch a lot, OR be on retreat/traveling.
I believe that space is required in order to receive guidance and clarity on the most aligned & productive (highest ROI) actions to be taking. I believe pleasure is productive.
My schedule in general is very flexible and I check in regularly to see what might need adjusting (especially in quieter, deeper reflection times and also in fuller times when I might be facilitating a course or launching a mastermind).
Q: What are your main sources of income?
A: Intensives, Masterminds, 1×1 Mentorship
Q: What in your schedule/life nourishes you the most?
A: Two of the most important “business” activities for me are self expression (writing), whether I ever share it or not, and daily celebrations – sharing with my coach or mastermind or husband every thing (big or small) that I need to acknowledge myself for through the day. The other thing that really nourishes me is physical touch; whether is cuddles and big hugs from my husband, struggle cuddling with my dog, or receiving massages, energy work, or going to the spa.
Q: What’s a boundary you are still working on improving for yourself?
A: I go in and out of keeping my boundary to myself around checking my phone before creation time. It’s totally an addiction that I am constantly dancing with.
