Allison Braun — Do This Before Hiring Help

It feels like my whole body wants to roar.
Raw.

Full out.
There’s big energy wanting to come through that I don’t think I’ve ever felt before.

Because of that I question if I know how.
How do I let all that energy out *insert caveat of, without making others uncomfortable or without hurting myself*
What does it even look like?
What’s really wanting to come out, to be said?

The answer?

“SHOW UP! Show up for yourself!”

I recently invested in a copywriter/coach and looking back now I can see what the real reason for that investment was. It was because I wanted HER, someone other than me, to put into words why I’m awesome, and why this work is important… because if SHE said it it’d be okay, it’d be received, it’d be real and justified.

But if I said it myself… Well, that’s just wrong! I shouldn’t be the one that says these things about my work or myself… because if it’s true, other people should be saying it.
*thankfully I’ve released SO SO much of this thought process that somehow was still lingering in the background.

I was avoiding owning and claiming it (my greatness, the power of my work) for myself.

But here’s the truth – I AM the BEST at what I do. I am the best at supporting ambitious, gifted women to see, know, and feel permission to go for their greatest desires… and to KNOW, to fully BELIEVE they are possible for them, and to create that reality for themselves while being and expressing all of themselves.

Because when you really, truly believe you can have what you want (without losing or sacrificing something else equally as important to you), you create it.

When I can see and feel my clients desires, then I believe and see it as done. I hold that belief for them until they believe it too, all the way until that desire (or something even better) has become a reality.

Sometimes we DO need someone to see us, to believe in us, before we do for ourselves, but even then there comes a time when you really have to show up for yourself and own it – claim it.

You are enough.
You are worthy.

It’s time.
