Allison Braun — Why Boredom Can Be a Good Thing

How have you been feeling as the year wraps up?

More than once I’ve had periods of time where I’ve felt bored in my business… including recently as I was preparing to go into my 2020 planning.

I had this sense of I’ve done it all and even that I’ve said it all –  I’ve been in the online/coaching industry for almost a decade and have done everything I had wanted to within it and more.  I couldn’t quick connect to what was next, or what would be even better and more enjoyable than what I’d already experience.

I have:

  • The love of my life

  • Had countless 6-figure launches

  • Hosted luxurious, transformational retreats around the world (one of my biggest dreams)

  • Facilitated life-changing masterminds & sisterhoods

  • Moved through my biggest challenges and fears

  • Supported clients with anything and everything from

    • attracting $100k (pay in full) clients

    • developing spiritual connection & intuition (and utilizing it for improved business results)

    • attracting their soul mate

    • feeling more sexually expressed

    • getting pregnant

    • starting new soul-based businesses

    • cutting their work hours by half

    • having their first 6-figure launch doing their most transformational work yet

    • getting paid to travel the world…

  • Spoken on stages across North America

  • Had articles published on Mind Body Green, Bustle, YFS, Elephant Journal and more

  • Made over a million dollars working less than 20 hours a week (not too shabby considering I used to make $12/hour working over 9 hours/day)

  • A beautiful home, including a stone wall (and I’ve loved rocks since I was a kid), a whole room as a walk in closet and a bathroom that feels like a luxurious spa + I live within walking distance of my niece, nephews, sister, and parents

  • Been featured in series and articles alongside industry leaders I truly admire

  • For the most part, thankfully experienced all of the above with relative ease, and a lot of joy

That’s a lot to celebrate.

It makes sense that I feel bored. I’ve done a LOT within my business and in my life, and I’ve done it my way.  And, even with all those accomplishments it’s okay to want more… it’s even okay to feel uncomfortable (or bored).

And, I’m so grateful because each time I feel bored like this, something magical happens.

The last time I was bored, I created Living Richly – a growing body of work that I truly feel has the capacity to be something so much bigger than me (another big dream).

And this time I’m being guided to deepen into Living Richly more: How can I access a deeper level of richness that goes beyond external, material things, and even experiences? A sense of richness that can only come from within?

Although this certainly isn’t a foreign focus/experience to me, it’s one that is being integrated at a whole new level.

Can you relate?

I didn’t (and don’t) know what it’s all going to look like, and that in itself is enough to start shifting that boredom into excitement.

What I do know is, I’m NOT bored about the idea of guiding you through 2020 in the Living Richly Mastermind and taking you on this journey with me.  I not only know how to support you in reaching your dreams, desires and goals, but also in doing it YOUR way… even if that means moving through boredom or overwhelm.

If you’re a busy but brilliant business owner with a tendency to overwork or overdeliver, and are sick of sacrificing bits of yourself, your creativity, your deeper purpose and your freedom…

Receiving my support will be one of the best investments you’ll make in your life (let alone in 2020).

I can support you in adding in an extra 6 figures to your income with more ease and fulfillment, and LESS of your time – so you can enjoy the self care, family & creative time, and enjoy some sweet travel! But more importantly, I can support you in feeling more of yourself than ever before.

We start in January and I’m currently receiving applications for the remaining 5 spots. You can find out more and apply here. I look forward to hearing for you!
