Anchoring in + creating space for knowing — Annapurna Living

I’m tired.
Weary to the bone.
Fatigue that comes from information overload.
The remedy for this is noticing and then shifting.

We are talking about systems in THE LIVING ROOM.
Systems that support.
Structure that holds us while we navigate these times.

I think of it like a tent—when we set up a tent,
We first of all find an ideal location to pitch the tent.
We check out the surroundings and pick the right spot.
We anchor it with posts into the solid ground.
These posts are our structures.

Now, after a few nights in the tent we may realize that the place we picked isn’t so ideal
so we pivot, we shift, we move it somewhere else.
We gather the information and then we start again.
Solid structures support us when it gets windy and tough.

All the structures I counted on are falling away…
Weekly school and work structures are evolving into something else.

We must be flexible enough in our thinking to stretch right now.
We each need to find new ways
new ways unique to each of us.

Join me in this conversation if it interests you…

Today I discovered a system that I was struggling to find.
I found the solution organically—
I allowed it to become clear by not pushing myself to figure it out.
I made room for the frustration I had been feeling, and the sadness and the fear.
I made room for the feelings, and—after time living in the unknown—
A solution arrived in my mind.

We have all the answers

We just need to be able to access our inner knowing.
