Beyoncé Celebrates Social Justice & Body Positive Leaders With‘Icy Park’ X Adidas Gifting

It’s not a huge surprise to see your favorite celebrities dawning huge IVY Park packages in elaborate presentations straight from Queen Beyoncé herself. The first and second iterations of the Ivy Park X Adidas collections made it to the doorsteps of celebrities including Tiffany Haddish, Zendaya, Cardi B, Kehlani, Taraji P. Henson, Laverne Cox, and more. But the third capsule, which dropped on February 19th, had a decidedly different mailing list.

In place of the oversized rolling racks that ushered in the previous capsules to some of Beyoncé’s celebrity friends, this iteration also made its way to social justice activists, body positive influencers and media professionals alike in an oversized mystery box filled with assorted pieces of the ski inspired apparel and footwear line aptly dubbed ‘Icy Park.’ The collection blends the streets with the slopes, infusing skiwear with classic streetwear elements.

Undoubtedly, Beyoncé’s eye for diversity, equity and inclusion is palpable in her every endeavor from her music and visuals to the way she does business. So it really isn’t unexpected that Brittany Packnett and Deray Mckesson found their way on to her Icy Park drop mailing list. The two who are known for their consistent social justice activism over the years, have tirelessly worked over the last year especially for the equity of black, brown and other marginalized communities throughout the country.

Both were gifted a customized Ivy Park copper box by Beyoncé filled with goodies and sported the looks for social media.

Coined as “Effortlessly functional, relentlessly stylish, and always inclusive,” the size inclusive collection, which ranges from sizes XXXS to 4X also made its way to a number of body positive influencers and boss women media professionals like Danielle Young, Gia Peppers, Kela Walker and more. Danielle Young even commemorated the moment on her viral hit show the Danielle Young Show.

Items are available in sizes XXXS – 4X with prices ranging from $30 for accessories to $850 for outerwear. As expected the Icy Park collection is flying off the shelves, leaving fans wanting more, so get it while you still can.
