What is your backstory? How did you find your calling?
During my last years in university, I started to work as a Quality Manager which gave me a great insight on systems and process approach and how they can leverage business, avoid time and financial waste. Together with my passion for organizing, moving forward combining these two things felt like a natural progression. Coaching, mentoring, teaching has always been at the back of my head as something that could channel my knowledge, skills, and experience. Starting as a women Empowerment coach has helped me to fall in love with the process of guiding and creating an impact for entrepreneurs and their business journeys. Now I have combined all of that helping other coaches level up and work less by leveraging their time and finding the best options specific to their needs and want to grow in a smart and strategic way.
What do you enjoy the most about what you do?
Finding the weak links, inefficient processes, and tweaking them so they work better. I’m not reinventing the wheel, because if what you’re doing has led you to a place where you are ready to level up, that means some things are working. Unfortunately, the processes you have used up to this point can not leverage your business further, or at least do it at the speed you would expect. By adapting the processes to a new level is an easy fix that helps to create time freedom that every woman deserves.
What’s your greatest achievement to date? Why are you proud of it?
Stepping out of my comfort zone to follow my calling by becoming a business productivity strategist. Seeing what tailored processes, restructuring, and systems can do to save time, money and other resources is mind-blowing.
Who has inspired you the most on your journey?
Many successful women that I look up to as business owners, mothers, and entrepreneurs, who have had the courage to follow their passion and are shining as bright as they possibly can. My mentors and coaches that I have had a pleasure to work with closely to develop my own business to the state where it is now. My son, who is a never-ending inspiration to keep following my passion while teaching me to have joy and excitement about the beauty of life that we adults tend to overlook.
Who would you love to meet one day and why?
I would love to have a coffee chat with Brené Brown. I could listen to her stories for even and would love to soak up her wisdom face to face. Her research has given me such an amazing clarity around so many aspects in my life.
What do you wish someone told you before you became an entrepreneur/business owner?
Do it anyway! When thinking about the next steps in business, following your intuition, and walking the passion path – it can be scary. But it is also very necessary if you want to change lives and create a greater impact. We all have unique gifts, talents, knowledge, experiences. Even if it feels scary, do it anyway, because the world needs your uniqueness, your talent, and your impact!
What advice would you like to give others who are on the same or similar journey as you?
YOU ARE IN CHARGE!
We are more powerful than we give ourselves credit for. By listening to myself more and more, I have come to realize the power within me, the guidance, the intuition that leads me where I need to be. Blaming others for our mistakes, decisions, negative outcomes is something that needs to be let go of. We have the power to create what we want and it’s all in our hands. I wish I would have learned that earlier to avoid unnecessary setbacks. Realizing that I AM IN CHARGE has helped me to empower other women to get in charge of their time in business and life and that is the true beauty of the path that I have walked.
What’s the best piece of advice that you have received recently?
If you’re uncertain – look deeper. Uncertainty means that something is not in alignment. The only way to find that out is to look deeper, look closer, look inside. The answers are in us if only we could spend a little more time actually listening to ourselves.
What’s next for you?
I have recently launched my signature mentorship program “Less is More” and am excited to fill my life with beautiful ambitious women who are ready to level up and work less. I’m truly looking forward to what 2021 has to offer and prove to busy women that you can have both – time freedom and financial success.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Enjoying the company of women from all around the world whose lives have been changed by stepping into their power and getting in charge of their time.
What can we catch you doing when you’re not working?
I love doing all kinds of things starting from sports like swimming, paddle boarding, riding a bike, playing volleyball to painting, playing piano and ukulele, reading, and organizing.
What book impacted your life the most and why?
One book that I keep referring back is May Cause Miracles by Gabrielle Bernstein. It’s packed with wisdom and knowledge that just doesn’t get old.

What are your final thoughts that you wish to share with us?
Organizing is my SUPERPOWER. Because of this and other skills, I’m able to bring women from silly busy to strategic and smart faster and much more effectively. With my attention to detail and the natural ability to find effective ways for business processes to work in owners’ favour, I can leverage time to create well-deserved freedom without sabotaging success.
