11 Tools I’ve been using while working from Hawaii!

Y’all, my business has been running at full speed despite the fact that I’m not at home. Below are 11 tools I’ve been using to continue my business operations:

1. Slack

I use Slack to keep in touch with my clients and groups easily. Slack is more like chat and less like email so I get tasks done quicker because the conversation is ongoing.

2. Asana

This software is so important! It helps to keep track of my daily tasks as well as client projects. My day is more organized and I’m able to track progress on my goals.

3. 1Password

This software is for people who want to save time and keep their sanity!

I need help remembering my passwords because let’s be real—there are so many passwords, I need help keeping them organized when I get on different computers and devices. Go get it!! Trust me!

4. Google

Google helps me email my clients from a domain-specific email address and helps me to store my files. I also use it to schedule my emails since Hawaii Standard Time is about 5 hours away from the East Coast

5. Squarespace

I use Squarespace to update my website as well as my clients. I also use it to schedule & publish blog posts.

6. Evernote

I write a lot so Evernote helps me keep my notes organized. It’s nice to be able to tag and categorize my notes so that I can easily find them when I need them.

7. Canva

Canva is a go-to app I use for quickly creating social graphics for my clients. I also train my clients and their staff members on Canva best practices for their business.

8. Acuity Scheduling

I love Acuity Scheduling because it makes scheduling client calls effortless. Just go to my site and schedule a time to meet with me. It’s that simple!

9. Zoom

I use Zoom to meet with my clients and to show them my screen so that we are on the same page.

10. Loom

I use Loom to record presentations and trainings for clients.

11. Convertkit

I use Convertkit to send emails to my email list so that they are up-to-date with digital marketing and online l business trends.
